This is a scheme introduced by the Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete to name those responsible for killing albinos for ritual purposes.

Apparently, the use of albino body parts and blood etc in local witch doctor medicine is quite prevalent, and has led to the deaths of around 45 albinos since late 2007.

This is where superstition and poor education leads you.
